Arthur will oversee communications, marketing, publications, and other areas of the organization. Holly’s will also assist with the overall strategic planning of the trade association.

Her wide-ranging experience will also help further position ISRI as the Voice of the Recycling Industry in front of external audiences. We are very excited to have someone with Holly’s talent on board.”
Arthur is an accomplished communications strategist and practitioner, with experience as a journalist, in government, public relations firms and both large and small trade associations representing highly regulated industries. Holly is coming to ISRI most recently from Portland Cement Association (PCA) where she was Vice President of Communications. In that position her areas of focus were media relations, social media, advertising, marketing, board and membership communications, reputation management, executive communications and advocacy communications.
Prior to PCA, Holly was a Principal at Milton Public Relations, AVP Public Affairs at the Association of American Railroads and Vice President at Ogilvy Public Relations Worldwide. She brings 25 years of experience in the communications and association management arena. Holly received her Bachelor’s in English from Randolph-Macon College and her graduate degree in Business Administration from University of Limerick, Ireland.
