Vanden Recycling has launched a campaign to provide free polymer analysis reports during October. The initiative, available to businesses in the UK, Europe, Turkey, India and Australia, is intended to help stakeholders better understand the composition, contamination levels and processing potential of their plastic materials.

The company stated that the reports will be delivered through its technical labs in the UK, Turkey and Australia. Each report includes analysis based on industry-standard tests such as Melt Flow Index (MFI), FTIR, NIR, sink-float, density or heat ageing, depending on the submitted sample. Businesses can apply throughout October to participate in the program.

“Many of our customers have already seen the difference a deeper understanding of their materials can make,” said Beril Yesilirmak, Global Technical Director at Vanden. “By analysing key indicators such as heat ageing and contamination levels, we help manufacturers make better decisions – whether that’s reducing waste, improving pricing, or keeping more material in the circular economy.”

According to the company, participants will receive a detailed technical report prepared by polymer specialists, outlining characteristics of the material and possible applications. “Manufacturers and recyclers tell us these reports help them gain clarity, avoid rework, and secure higher-value deals,” Yesilirmak added.

The free analysis offer is framed by Vanden as a way to support more informed, profitable and circular plastic supply chains at a time when businesses are under increasing pressure to improve resource efficiency.
