Until now, CPM Crown’s European team had been distributed across three separate buildings. The new facility brings all functions together under one roof. According to the company, the consolidation reflects organisational changes in recent years, including the transition from geographically structured business units to a globally integrated functional organisation. Over the same period, the European workforce has expanded significantly.
The new site has been configured to support integrated operations, with open-plan office areas complemented by dedicated spaces for meetings, training, customer engagement and product presentations. The building also offers the option to establish a pilot plant in the future, enabling customers to test process solutions and engineered equipment in an operational environment.
The European hub is intended to provide a broad range of regional functions and to align closely with the structure of CPM’s US headquarters. CPM Crown has signed a 15-year lease for the site, underlining its long-term commitment to the location.
Citivale manages the business park where the facility is located and counts a range of regional and international companies among its tenants.
