In cooperation with EREMA Group, the company is expanding its focus on integrated solutions that cover the entire process chain, from plastic waste collection to finished recyclate.
Industry experience and market expertise
Marcel Willberg has been with Lindner Washtech for around ten years. He has gained experience across key stages of plastics recycling, including sorting, pre-shredding, washing, drying and quality control. In his previous role as Head of Sales, he managed international customer projects in Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. These included large-scale systems for municipal waste management companies as well as customized solutions for plastics processors and petrochemical companies.
Strategic signal for internal leadership development
With the appointment, the company underlines its approach to developing management talent internally. The management team combines technical expertise and market knowledge with a focus on customer-specific solutions and international growth.
Dual leadership for global expansion
Georg Krenn, who has led Lindner Washtech since its foundation, remains Managing Director. Together with Marcel Willberg, he will oversee the company’s global operations. The leadership structure brings together Krenn’s experience in operations and technology with Willberg’s focus on international sales.
Both executives will continue to build on the technology partnership with the Erema Group. By combining competencies in plastics processing and extrusion technology, Lindner Washtech offers integrated recycling solutions across the full value chain.
