At the 2015 General Assembly of the Bureau of International Recycling on Tuesday in dubai, Ranjit Singh Baxi, Founder and Chairman of J & H Sales, was elected as new president. He has a 2-year mandate, which can be extended once. From 2007 to 2013, Baxi was the president of BIRs paper division. He also served as the BIR treasurer since 2011.
