Flexloop is the name of the new mechanical recycling technology that Lindner has presented at K 2025 in collaboration with P&G. With the help of a solvent-based extraction process, polymer chains are reliably cleaned from contaminants (NIAS), odours, adhesives and printing inks – and this with consistent purity, so that recyclates can also be used for sensitive packaging, e.g. in the cosmetics or hygiene sector. ETH Zurich has shown in a new study that gasification of automotive shredder residue mixed with bio-waste saves greenhouse gas emissions if compared to incineration with energy recovery. At the same time a new, circular feedstock for the chemical industry is generated.

At the heart of the Micromat Series IV is the synchronous reluctance motor with energy efficiency class IE6. It impresses with an impressive efficiency of > 97% and does not require any rare earths. The new patented belt coupling and the automatic belt tensioning system (ATB) complete the new drive concept. Copyright: Lindner Recyclingtech
