Stena Recycling Finland has signed an agreement to acquire 100 percent of the shares in Encore Environmental Services.

Neste has purchased the European rights to Alterra Energy’s liquefaction technology. Alterra Energy is a US-based company that has developed a proprietary thermochemical solution for liquefaction of hard-to-recycle plastic.

Clariant and APK have reached an agreement on the sale of the former Clariant pilot plant, effective on 15 June 2022. Following conversion of the plant to accommodate technological modifications, it will be operated by the newly founded APK Newcycling Competence Center GmbH.
