The new concept line from Amut Dolci Bielloni has a 7-layer configuration, 6 extruders and is available in 2000 and 3000 mm width version for a net output respectively of 1500 kg/h and 2400 kg/h.
The extruders are equipped with water-cooled motors and gearboxes with oil cooling system (forced circulation) and long screws (L/D 40) to increase homogenization and output. The cooling unit with a double cylinder of high diameter is especially designed for the production of “Super Power” film. A high speed winder that is working to a constant production up to 800 m/min is suitable to slit in line jumbo, machine and hand rolls with an excellent quality and a perfect geometry.
The total floor area required is 121 m², both for the 2 and 3 meters version. The energy consumption is 0,4 kW/per kg, including the water circulation system and the scrap recovery system.
