Suez with slight revenue increase in recycling

The revenue for recycling and recovery in the first half of this year was 0.9 percent higher than the year before. Treated volumes grew by 0.8 percent, benefiting from the commissioning of new processing plants. Business was mostly successful in UK and Skandinavia with a growth of 2.7 percent. In the Benelux countries and Germany revenues grew by 1.6 percent and 0.9 percent in Central Europe. In Suez’ home country France revenues decreased by 2.6 percent.

Overall the companie’s revenue for the first half of 2015 was 5.9 percent higher. EBITDA and EBIT also increased with +8 and +14.2 percent. The company assumes to reach its targets in 2015, including an organic revenue growth of more than 3 percent.
