Acquisition for software producers

The irish AMCS group has acquired the dutch software producer GMT from investment company Nedvest.

Both companies provide software and technology for waste recovery, recycling and reuse. With many operations in Central and Southern Europe, GMT is expected to expand AMCS’ geographic coverage.

GMT customers will continue to receive ongoing support for their existing investmentas and can also benefit from AMCS products like onboard weighing, mobile, analytics and route optimisation.
