According to OECAM most member companies conceive the current situation as “normal” as well as the view to the next 12 months. On the OECAM General Assembly in September 2017 in Dusseldorf Anton Bauer, G. Alt & Co. GesmbH, Austria was reelected as the President of OECAM. The implementation phase of the EU- drinking water regulation is mindfully followed by the companies. The shortly appearing revised EN 1982 copper and copperalloys gives evidences to alloys, which can be introduced for drinking water applications. The threshold limits for copper at working places, which are in discussion currently, present a big challenge for companies. The association has 15 member companies from 8 countries.
