Over the past years, Ineos Styrolution’s portfolio of specialty styrenics materials for the automotive industry has constantly grown. Today, the styrenics portfolio for the automotive industry includes specialty grades from the Novodur, Novodur High Heat, Luran S and Terblend product families. Most recently, first Novodur ECO and Novodur ECO High Heat post-consumer recycled ABS resins have become available for suppliers and OEMs to perform first tests with the new material.

Christophe Ginss, Sales Director Automotive EMEA with global coordination role at Ineos Styrolution, comments: “The automotive industry has been very active during the pandemic, developing a wide range of new styrenics based interior and exterior applications. One of the highlights at our booth will be the first tests with post-consumer recycled specialty styrenics materials. I encourage designers in the industry to contact us at the show to explore the use of these sustainable and innovative materials for their new applications.”

More information on Ineos Styrolution and its material innovations is available at booth 16 during the “Plastics in Automotive Engineering Conference” on September 8 and 9, 2021, at the Congress Center Rosengarten in Mannheim, Germany.
