VARIOframe improves fine screening efficiency

Processes in recycling and secondary raw materials recovery require defined fine grain sizes to enable downstream steps such as wind sifting, magnetic separation and sensor-based sorting. Screening therefore remains a central stage in material processing. However, fluctuating moisture, temperature and material composition influence material behaviour and can reduce screening quality and throughput.
