Recylex has announces that the hot commissioning phase of its new reduction furnace at the Weser-Metall GmbH lead smelter has begun as initially programmed. This commissioning is scheduled to last several weeks, during which a complete set of tests is to be performed to ensure that all systems are operational and technical adjustments are to be made. The ramp-up phase of the reduction furnace’s production is currently planned during the third quarter of 2018.
