Implementation of producer responsibility scheme in Hong Kong to boost e-waste recycling

Hong Kong's Environmental Protection Department (EPD) said that progressive implementation of the producer responsibility scheme (PRS) on waste electrical and electronic equipment would boost e-waste recycling.
