The Core Line complements the existing portfolio of the established Smart Line and the MMPC brand and rounds off the Doppstadt range in a targeted manner. The new line starts with the Core Shredder Line, which has been developed for universal use in a wide range of applications.
The machines are characterised by a particularly robust construction and are designed for demanding materials such as construction and demolition waste, waste wood, tyres, scrap metal or green waste. Thanks to the two-shaft quick-change system, the shredding units can be adapted flexibly and quickly – depending on the area of application and material type. Customers can choose from a wide range of specially developed shaft types such as concrete, paddle, star or metal shafts.
The Core Shredder Line comprises three machine types designed for different performance requirements: The CoreShred 250 is the ideal solution for smaller quantities of material. Thanks to its compact design, it is ideal for use in confined spaces. In the medium performance class, the CoreShred 800 impresses with high efficiency and a wide range of applications. For particularly demanding industrial applications, the CoreShred 900 in the heavy-duty class offers maximum performance and endurance.
