Mr. François is a long time expert of Euric delegated by FEDEREC for metal scrap recycling, plastics recycling from WEEE and ELVs as well as chemicals’ issues. He is a chemical engineer by training (ESCOM Paris in 1979), PhD in chemical engineering from the Université de Technologie de Compiègne in 1992) and currently in charge of new businesses and environmental affairs in the GALLOO Group.
