Digital platform for plant operations

Bollegraaf ONE uses live dashboards, machine data, bunker levels, throughput figures and key performance indicators to provide visibility across plant operations. The system helps operators identify root causes, detect anomalies at an early stage, prioritise actions and use data-based recommendations.

The platform also supports predictive functions. These include continuous process optimisation, hazard forecasting, adaptive settings and maintenance planning.

Focus on operational processes

According to Bollegraaf, the platform can support lower unplanned downtime, higher throughput, improved recovery rates and more consistent product quality. It can also help structure maintenance routines, speed up data-based decisions, reduce dependence on individual operator knowledge and improve process control.

Developed with data specialists

Bollegraaf ONE combines recycling process knowledge with analytics and artificial intelligence. Bollegraaf developed the platform with WaDaCon, a waste data consulting firm for the recycling industry. Greyparrot provides the waste intelligence technology used in the platform.

Presentation at IFAT 2026

Bollegraaf has introduced the platform to the market. The company is presenting Bollegraaf ONE at IFAT in Munich.
