Finding your own solutions

Plastic waste is a problem everywhere. However, the conditions for dealing with it are very different. Scientists from Italy, Greece, the UK, Switzerland, Germany, India, the Czech Republic and Malaysia have investigated what is being done in developing countries to address the plastic problem - and how these measures can contribute to achieving the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. The report has been published in the journal "Waste Management & Research".
