ECHA withdraws its intention to restrict Oxo-degradable plastic under REACH

As part of its Plastics Strategy, the European Commission requested the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) to present an Annex XV restriction dossier concerning the oxo-degradable plastics under the REACH Regulation.
