At Booth 14B19, Coperion will display the ZSK 58 Mc18, capable of throughputs of up to 2,500 kilograms per hour with low energy consumption and a high level of automation. Also on display is the STS 35 Mc11, designed for masterbatch production with capacities of up to 300 kilograms per hour.

At the Recycling Pavilion, Coperion will showcase the ZSK Filco, a patent-pending filtration compounder that combines filtration and compounding in a single step. This process reduces energy demand and ensures high material quality since waste plastics are melted only once.

Coperion will also highlight its digital platform C-Beyond, which now includes a Lifecycle Manager to provide early notifications of upcoming maintenance tasks, helping to increase machine availability. A new condition monitoring system will track vibrations and gearbox oil quality in real time to reduce unplanned downtime.

The company emphasizes the recycling of materials such as PET and EPS. With ZSK extruders, high throughputs and excellent product qualities can be achieved, meeting requirements for applications including food contact.
