For the third quarter of 2015, technology Group Andritz announced an increase of sales of 8.2% compared to the third quarter of 2014. Sales amounted to 1,583.5 million Euro in the third quarter of 2015. The group sales rose by 11.3% to 4,589.1 million Euro compared to last yearʼs reference period (Q1-Q3 2014: 4,122.9 million Euro).
The earnings of the group also developed favorably. In the third quarter of 2015, EBITA rose to 110.1 million Euro, which is an increase of 9.0% compared to the previous yearʼs reference figure (Q3 2014: 101.0 million Euro). Earnings also increased substantially in the first three quarters of 2015. At 295.0 million Euro, the EBITA was 25.9% higher than the figure for the previous yearʼs reference period (Q1-Q3 2014: 234.4 million Euro).
