Ahead of the revision of the European Waste Framework Directive, Eunomia has presented a white paper titled „Reimagining the Waste Framework Directive - an EU regulatory framework for a circular economy consistent with 1.5 degrees". It describes a vision of what a circular economy could look like in the year 2040.
