CEO Marcus Heinrich will leave the company with effect from 30th April 2016. According to the company, "the future visions for the company of the Managing Director Marcus Heinrich, and those of the shareholders, went in different directions."
Since 1999, Heinrich has been employed in different positions in the traditional company founded in Cologne, including 6 years as Managing Director of its Australian subsidiary and, since 2010, as Managing Director for Steinert Elektromagnetbau GmbH in Cologne.
His tasks will be taken over by Peter Funke. Funke for many years had been active on a national and international basis in fulfilling managerial tasks for Doppstadt Umwelttechnik in Velbert, Germany.
